Huckleberry Miracle Pie (Brown's Best)

1 Package (4 serving size) vanilla pudding and pie mix
1 ¼ cup water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups fresh huckleberries
1 8 inch pie shell, baked and cooled
½ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
Combine pudding mix, sugar, water, lemon juice and salt in a saucepan.  Add huckleberries.  Cook and stir until mixture comes to a full boil.  Remove from heat.  Add butter (can add tapioca if necessary).
Cool 5 minutes.
Then pour into cooled pie shell and chill 3 hours. 
Garnish with whipped cream.
